What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a message to hello@beemariemarket.com within 7 days along with a clear photo. Any shop error will be corrected with a replacement or refund.

Can I return something if I changed my mind?

Refunds and returns are not available for buyer’s remorse. Many items are handmade or personalized, so all sales are final unless the mistake occurred during production.

What if I entered the wrong name, date, or details on a personalized item?

Personalization errors made during checkout cannot be refunded or replaced. Please double check names, dates, and spelling before ordering.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

If the shipping address or order details need to be updated, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, personalized, engraved, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Handmade items can include a short gift note—just leave a message at checkout.

What’s your subscription box policy?

Since subscription box earrings are a surprise and made just for you, boxes are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, it will be made right.
