How long does shipping take?

Handmade earrings and ready-to-ship items typically go out within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items may take up to 7–10 business days. Tracking information will be sent as soon as the order is on its way.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

If the shipping address or order details need to be updated, please reach out as soon as possible. Updates may not be possible once an order is in production or shipped, but support is always available if timing allows.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, shipping is only available within the U.S.

What if my order is delayed or lost in the mail?

If an order seems stuck or missing, reach out right away. Everything possible will be done to help locate it or make things right—because happy mail should actually make you happy.

Where can I find my tracking info?

Once an order ships, an email with tracking details will be sent. Didn’t receive one or can’t find it? Just send a message and help will be on the way.
