If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a message within 7 days along with a clear photo. A replacement will be provided, or a refund at our discretion, to make things right.

Can I return something if I just changed my mind?
Because most items are handmade or made to order, returns and refunds aren’t offered for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personalization errors.

Can I get a replacement if I picked the wrong size?
Free replacements for size issues aren’t available since most items are handmade or made to order. Replacements are provided only for damaged or incorrect items.

What’s your subscription box policy?
Since subscription box earrings are a surprise and made just for you, boxes are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, it will be made right.
Are handmade earrings and engraved jewelry returnable?
Because handmade earrings and engraved jewelry are created just for you, these items are non-refundable once an order has been placed. This includes custom engraving, personalized designs, and made-to-order pieces.
Once engraving has begun, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.
